I enjoy building simple, practical solutions that improve everyday operations. These projects reflect my approach to problem-solving, with a focus on efficiency, structure, and real-world impact.
Access Control System Optimization
What was happening: User access permissions were inconsistent, causing operational delays and error risks.
What I did: I used Integriti software to build a structured, step-by-step process for granting and removing user access. I also ran regular system audits to keep our data accurate.
The result: This cut down technical errors and made daily security operations run much faster and smoother.
What was happening: Cleaning staff were tracking their daily tasks on paper forms, which were easily lost, forgotten, or filled out incorrectly.
What I did: I designed and deployed a mobile-friendly digital logging system using Google Forms and Google Sheets. Cleaners can now easily log their completed shifts right from their phones.
The result: This completely removed physical paperwork, stopped tracking errors, and gave management real-time visibility over daily tasks.
Digital Cleaning & Bin Log System
What was happening: I needed a central, professional hub to showcase my IT skills, projects, and qualifications to hiring managers.
What I did: I designed and built this custom portfolio website using Squarespace. I organized the layout to clearly show my technical support background, access control experience, and contact details.
The result: This gives recruiters an easy, transparent look at my professional profile and makes reaching out for opportunities seamless.
