Access Control System Optimization
User access was not always consistent, with delays and occasional errors in permissions. I used Integriti to manage and review user access, applying structured steps when granting and removing access while ensuring permissions aligned with requirements. I also monitored system activity and maintained up-to-date records. This improved the accuracy of access permissions, reduced errors, and supported smoother day-to-day operations.
Digital Cleaning & Bin Log System
I identified an issue with the manual bin logging process, where cleaning staff were required to record daily activities on paper, which was often inconsistent and sometimes forgotten. To improve this, I designed a simple digital logging system using Google Forms and Google Sheets, allowing cleaners to submit their daily bin and cleaning records easily from their phones. This reduced reliance on physical paperwork, improved consistency in reporting, and made it more convenient for staff to complete logs at the end of their shift.
Personal Portfolio Website
I designed and built my own personal portfolio website using Squarespace to showcase my skills, projects, and professional experience. I structured the site to clearly present my IT support and access control background, including project work and contact information for recruiters. This improved my professional visibility and created a central platform to support job application.
